MANUKA GLOW: Exfoliating Bean Mask

THE HEROES:

Ontario Raw Honey: High in antioxidants and a natural humectant that draws moisture from the air into the skin.We work closely with our beekeeper here in Ontario to produce the purest honey made specifically for our formulations.

Manuka Honey: A medical-grade honey and natural humectant that reduces redness, heals congestions and inflammations, and retains moisture.

Propolis: A mixture found in honeybees that soothes and rejuvenates the skin, making it appear younger and smoother.

Adzuki Beans: A gentle exfoliant that contains a natural foaming agent (saponin) that cleanses pores by absorbing excess oils, removing dead skin, unclogging pores, and promoting circulation.

Apply onto clean skin using the back of a metal spoon. Leave on for 30 minutes or rinse off right away if you’re short on time. Massage in a circular motion while rinsing. Follow with the rest of your skincare routine.


If the honey is hard, you can put some of the product into a microwaveable bowl for 10 seconds and use the back of a metal spoon to apply.

Use once or twice a week.

• How long does this product last? Each 2oz jar lasts 3 months when used 2- 3 times a week.
• Who can use this? This mask works for all skin types- anyone that just wants an instant glow. Can also work for those with, eczema, inflamed/irritated skin, acne, dry/dull and or sensitive skin. You can also try the Manuka Glow mask without the beans.
• What is the difference between this mask and other face scrubs/masks? We’re the only ones who use beans, which are more gentle than sugar, salt, and other scrubbing granules. Not to mention, the honey is from our Ontario beekeeper and made specifically for us to use in our products. It’s pure and not processed. (Psst. • The mask smells so good. Can I eat it? We get this all the time and it’s ok if you accidentally lick it! You can also use it on your lips as a scrub too.
• Can I use while I’m pregnant? Yes, you can. All VO products are pregnancy-safe.
