How long does it take until I see results in my skin?

We'd recommend using our products for 3-4 weeks of frequent uses to start noticing a difference in your skin's texture, clarity and radiance. 

Are your products cruelty-free and vegan? 

Yes, our products were only tested on babes like you and some of our products are vegan. You can check the list of ingredients in each product. We can ensure you that our suppliers are cruelty-free too. 

Are your products natural? 

Yes, 100% natural and hand-crafted by Diana Vo, an estheician with over 10 years of experience in facials. 

Are your products paraben, sulfate, synthetic fragrance, and phthalate free?

Yes, our founder has uber sensitive skin so she's taken a lot of pride in creating products without these nasties. 

What is the shelf-life of your products? 

As our products do not contain any preservatives, most have shelf-life of 6-12 months. You can read the shelf-life of each product on our labels indicating a 6m or 12m which means 6month upon opening or 12 months upon opening. 

Where are your products made? 

Our products made in Toronto, Canada and London, United Kingdom depending where our founder is residing.

What are your shipping times?

Canada: Free Shipping over $89.00 - within 3-9 business days 
Paid Shipping - within 2 business days 


United States: Free Shipping over $89.00- within 5-10 business days
Paid Shipping - within 3-4 business days  

Who is your shipping carrier?

All domestic orders are shipped with Canada Post Expedited service. For international orders, once your parcel clears customs, it will be handed over to your local shipping carrier for final delivery. Note that more detailed tracking information can often be found by tracking your parcel on the website of your local shipping carrier (i.e USPS, AIR MAIL, CANADA POST, ETC)

 We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items once the packaged has been shipped and notified as "Delivered". 

Can I pick-up my order locally in Toronto?

Pick ups are available inToronto in the Leslieville Neighborhood. We will email you once you've checkout to schedule a date and time that will work for you. 

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of all products being handmade, there are no exchanges or refunds. 

Products purchased from our stockists are subject to the return policies of that stockist. We do not accept any returns of products purchased from our stockists.
