SHIPPING AND RETURNS
All products are priced in Canadian Dollars (CAD)
Within Canada and to the US
We ship for free anywhere in Canada on orders over $75 (before tax). For orders less than $75, it will calculated at checkout.
Orders over $40.00 receive free shipping in United States (excluding Alaska and Puerto Rico).
Since we are a small batched company, we only do shipments twice a week Wednesdays and Fridays 9am-5pm EST (excluding weekends and holidays) out of Toronto via Canada Post's Expedited Parcel or Chit Chats USPS service. You will be notified with the tracking number once the shipment has gone out.
Canada - within 7-9 business days
United States - within 3-5 business days
International - within 10-22 business days
Shipping Carrier – All domestic orders are shipped with Canada Post Expedited service. For international orders, once your parcel clears customs, it will be handed over to your local shipping carrier for final delivery. Note that more detailed tracking information can often be found by tracing your parcel on the website of your local shipping carrier (i.e USPS, AIR MAIL, CANADA POST, ETC)

International Duties and Customs Fees – Note that international orders are shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) and you may be charged additional duties and customs fees upon receipt. We have no control over if or how much you will be charged for these fees, and we do not accept responsibility for any additional charges the destination country may impose on you.
Delivery Times and Costs – Keep in mind that these time estimates do not include order processing times, nor do they include potential international customs delays. Shipping and handling costs depend on the order value and the requested shipping destination. All shipping options are trackable. International shipping options include Tracked Packet International (where available) and International Xpresspost.
** Please note, you are responsible for providing us with the correct mailing address and we are not responsible if the package gets lost due to incorrect address. You will have to re-purchase products and additional shipping costs.
Pick ups are available in Toronto at College and Lansdowne after 6:00pm during the weekdays. We will email you once you've checkout to schedule a date and time that will work for you.
We are happy to provide a full refund for any unused products returned within 10 days of receipt of the product. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, as well as customs and duty fees. After 10 days, all sales are final. Due to the nature of the product, we are unable to accept returns of used products.
If the product is defective or arrived damaged, send us an email and include pictures within 10 days of receiving the product. We will assess the extent of the damage and potentially provide a full refund.
Products purchased from our stockists are subject to the return policies of that stockist. We do not accept any returns of products purchased from our stockists.
